Water Sports Camp ‘Arbolar’
In Iberian Camps we feel very happy to offer the Water Sports Camp “ARBOLAR” in Mar Menor (Murcia), in the South of Alicante.
With more than 20 years’ experience and their own facilities, fully renovated, this company organises summer camps for 10 days, in July and August, for kids and teens aged 6 to 17.
Participants are split in age groups and everyday they’ll practise sailing, windsurfing, paddle surfing and kayaking. The programme includes also a full day excursion to a water park.
You’ll be able to meet other Spanish and Internationals, apart from the counsellors, all Spanish and English native, with whom you can practise and improve your level of English or Spanish.
All water activities are carried out in Mar Menor, the biggest salty lagoon in Europe (180sqm), right in front of the residence where the camp is located. No need for transports. There’s no more ideal and safer place for the nautical activity.
The best way to enjoy the summer: water sports, excursions, night games and new friends!

The Mar Menor is a salty lagoon with 42 Km of beach and an average depth of 4 metres. It is separated from the Mediterranean Sea by a narrow sand extension called “La Manga del Mar Menor” but connected to the Sea through several channels. Its calm water from this small sea, its absence of waves, its average annual temperature of 20 degrees, its 300 sunny days per year and its sandy beaches make it an ideal spot for all kinds of water sports.
On the seafront from Mar Menor, located at Los Urrutias, in an area called Punta Brava, a very beautiful and peaceful place, where (outside summer) you can even find herons, flamingos and other birds on the beach.
