PAYMENT TERMS<\/h2>\n

The camp\u2019s reservation will be confirmed after receiving the deposit of the 30% of the total price<\/strong>, and filling in the enquiry form<\/strong>, that will be sent to you by email. The payment will be made by credit card or bank transfer. This deposit will be deducted from the total camp\u2019s price, and this 70% must be paid before one month from the camp\u2019s beginning. We kindly ask you to send us by email a copy of your bank receipt in order to speed up the payment confirmation and the camp\u2019s reservation.<\/p>\n

<\/u>MONEY REFUND<\/h2>\n

Participants can cancel their reservation by email before the camp starts.<\/p>\n

\u2022 <\/strong>If the camp is cancelled before one month from its start, 85% of the total price will be refunded.<\/p>\n

\u2022 <\/strong>If the camp is cancelled from 7 to 30 days before its start, 50% of the total price will be refunded.<\/p>\n

\u2022 <\/strong>No refund will be made for those who cancel their camp within the 7 days before its start.<\/p>\n

All bank charges arising from the money refund will be covered by the customer.<\/p>\n

If the cancelation is due to a visa refusal by the Spanish Embassy or Consulate, Iberian Camps will refund the deposit amount, except for 150\u20ac in terms of administrative charge, and once received the copy of the visa refusal letter.<\/p>\n

However, we inform you that Iberian Camps offers a cancellation insurance<\/u><\/strong> specially designed for customers who want to secure their reservation.<\/p>\n
