Spanish and Tennis Summer Camp 2026

SPANISH LESSONS + TENNIS

In collaboration with one of the best tennis schools in Spain, with more than 50 years of experience, the Alacant Tennis Club, Iberian Camps offers its language summer camps for teenagers aged 11 to 17 years, interested in coming to Spain to learn Spanish and having fun with their favourite sport, tennis, together with teens of the same age from different nationalities. Moreover, they’ll be able to meet other Spanish campers also staying at the same residence.

The main objective of this camp is that our participants have a great time, while they learn and enrich themselves by socialising with young people from other countries and by discovering a different country and culture.

The participants have 4 hours of Spanish lessons every morning, from Monday to Friday. Afterwards they will join with the campers of our English Summer Camp and our French Summer Camp to spend the rest of day altogether. In the afternoon, they’ll play tennis and improve their skills with licensed tennis coaches certified by the Royal Spanish Tennis Federation (RFET).

This Tennis School, supervised by the Tennis Federation of the Valencian Community, has 7 clay courts, always in perfect condition, and a mini-tennis court. In addition to 3 paddle tennis courts with a recently renovated lighting and carpeting.

2 programmes in 1: a Spanish Camp and a Tennis Camp, in the best facilities, with excursions, beach visits and lots of incredible experiences.

3 afternoons every week, from 4:30 p.m. to 7:30 p.m., campers will attend tennis lessons, where the coaches, all certified by the Royal Spanish Tennis Federation (RFET), will be waiting for them to work on the following aims:

    1. Learning and improving their tennis level.
    2. Receiving a high quality sports education.
    3. Helping them foster basic values such as:

    • • Capability to hard work, sacrifice and self-improvement
    • • Healthy competitiveness and respect for their opponents
    • • Improving their eating and hygiene habits thanks to sport

    • • Appreciating being in a tennis school

4. Socializing and making new friends.

Activity for all levels: beginner, intermediate and advanced.

Recomnendation! It is not essential because the club will provide all the materials, but we do recommend players to bring their own racket.

Every week they have one afternoon for enjoying the water, that is swimming pool or beach.

On Friday afternoon, they do a cultural visit to a close place like Alicante city centre, Elche… or they do a fun activity like campus gymkhana, bowling, paintball, shopping…

THIS PROGRAMME INCLUDES:

• Accommodation in residence (single room with en-suite shower room). Double room with bunk bed, subject to availability. This programme is also available without accommodation.

• Full board (breakfast, lunch and dinner)

• 20 hours a week of Spanish lessons (native teachers, classrooms and learning materials)

• 9 weekly hours of tennis at CT Alacant (coaches, facilities and equipment)

• Cultural visits

• Weekend excursions

• Transport to cultural visits and excursions

• 24 hours-counsellors (ratio 1 for 10 participants)

• Civil liability insurance

• Accident medical insurance

NOT INCLUDED IN THE PRICE:

• Transfers from accommodation to Alicante airport or Alicante train/bus station (€50/one way, €100/round trip). Check other airports.

• Flights/trains/buses/taxis to/from the camp.
