1. Serious illness, serious accident or death of the Insured, his/her spouse, common-law partner or cohabitant, ascendants, descendants up to the third degree, by consanguinity or affinity, and/or the professional substitute, of the Insured, if it is essential that the charge or responsibility must then be assumed by the Insured
2. Abandonment of the trip due to a delay of more than 24 hours in the means of transport due to the disappearance of the object of the trip.
3. The non-granting of visas for unjustified reasons.
